April 20 & 21 - Flower and Garden Show weekend! Stop by our booth and say hi! Live painting by GG Empowers on Sunday afternoon.

April 27 - Indie Bookstore Day at Birch Tree Books! We’ll be celebrating with them by providing a literary-themed coloring table on their back patio!

April 28 - Splotchmonster Workshop with Steve Loya, 1-3pm. Tickets available above.

May 2 - Kid’s Story & Craft Hour, 9-10am. Tomorrow is National Textiles Day, we’ll celebrate with a reading of Tar Beach, written by quilting legend Faith Ringgold, and designing our own quilt squares.

May 3 + 4 - Chick’s Day Out, 11am-5pm. Hosted by Chick’s Picks by Hillary - we’ll be hosting Stevi’s Cookies on Friday and Tidy Paws on Saturday as our pop-up vendors!

May 10 - Comedy Night with Ty Goshorn, 8-9pm & $25. Mocktail included! Tickets can be found here.

May 11 - The Art of Mindfulness with GG Empowers, 4-6pm. $30. GG Empowers will lead us in an evening of calming the self-critic and embracing our inner child. A sound bath will be followed by guided meditation and abstract painting workshop. Tickets available above.

May 17 - Parent’s Night Out, 5-7:30pm. $70, ages 5-9. Drop your kids off to do crafts and have some time to yourself! We’ll feed them pizza and be joined by local children’s book illustrator, Beth Fuller, to help them create their own book with an Illustory kit - each one comes with pre-paid envelope to mail the completed kit back and have it printed into a real book! Tickets available above.

May 18 - Spring into Pride with Equality Loudoun, 5-7pm. Color your own stickers with us to raise funds for Equality Loudoun’s scholarship program. Free refreshments and lots of designs to choose from. $2/sticker, 100% of proceeds go to Equality Loudoun - happy Pride!

May 23 - Shakespeare with a Somme, 6pm. Tickets available above.

May 25 - Flower Pressing: A Floral Craft Workshop, 4-5pm. $30, all ages welcome. Learn how to press your own flowers and get ideas for what kind of art to make with them once they've dried. Comes with flowers from a local farm, frame for blooms, and a flower press kit you can take with you afterwards!

May 26 - Sunday Family Crafternoon, 1-3pm. Come and have some open creativity time with our bulk craft supplies! $5 suggested donation.

May 27 - Fairy Doors with Tinkerbell, 9:30-11am. Enchanted Empowerment is sending Tinkerbell over to meet our crafters! She will be hanging out in the store for a little while, and we'll be decorating fairy doors while she's here! Come on down and get a fairy door kit so that you can offer a cozy place to stay for Tink and her fairy friends! Kits are $15; in-store crafting space is first come, first served.

May 31 - Sip and Drip Paint Night, 5-6:30pm. $40. A sip and paint unlike any other! Includes mocktail and everything you need to have some fun dripping and splattering your painting to life. Tickets available above.
